No terms meet your rules

No search terms meet the wasted spend conditions at your current target. Review the report period, conversion tracking, and target before changing a rule.

Spend map of a home services account. Each tile is a search term, colored by cost per conversion against target.

Every costly search term, matched to the rule that handles it

The automation report ties each proposed action to a search term, its cost, and your target.

Review exact and phrase negatives, rule conditions, and change history in one view.

  • Less wasted spend. Find recurring n-grams behind irrelevant queries and add negatives at the right match type.
  • CPA held at target. Set bid and budget conditions around your target CPA, with a daily cap on change size.
  • Every change logged. See what changed, why it changed, and how to undo it.

From search terms report to logged change in three steps

Read how PPC automation works, from a search terms report to a logged account change.

Connect or upload

Connect an ad account for ongoing management, or upload a search terms CSV for a one-time analysis. You see wasted spend, proposed negatives, and rules before you create an account.

Pick target and limits

Choose target CPA or ROAS and a monthly budget. A daily change cap keeps bid and budget adjustments within your limits.

Approve or run on Autopilot

On Growth and above, set each rule to Approve or Autopilot. Approve holds proposed changes for your review. Autopilot applies actions when their conditions are met and records them in the change log.

Rules that watch the outcome your business buys

Local services

Watch service intent and cost per lead, then exclude queries for jobs, training, or services you do not offer. Explore PPC management for small business.

Law firms

Watch practice area intent and cost per qualified lead when tracked, with approval before broad phrase exclusions. See PPC for law firms.

Dental clinics

Watch treatment queries and appointment conversions to separate relevant patient demand from unrelated searches. See PPC for dentists.

Ecommerce

Watch conversion value, target ROAS, and monthly pacing across Search and Shopping. Explore ecommerce PPC management.

Agencies

Watch account targets and spend limits across your portfolio, then reuse rule templates and send branded reports. Explore white label PPC for agencies.

Works with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads

  • Google Ads Search
  • Shopping
  • Performance Max reporting
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Amazon Ads
  • CSV import
  • CSV export
  • PDF report

Google Ads is included in every plan. Microsoft Ads starts on Growth. Amazon Ads starts on Agency. Performance Max reporting shows performance for review. Rules stay within the controls each campaign type allows.

For the person who signs the ad budget

Agency management typically costs 10 to 20 percent of ad spend or $1,000 or more per month. At $30,000 in monthly ad spend, a percentage fee works out to $3,000 to $6,000. Growth costs $249 per month on monthly billing, or $124 per month billed yearly. These are fee comparisons, not performance forecasts.

Approve changes and keep control of spend

Growth includes Approve mode, Autopilot per rule, and a daily change cap. Inspect each proposed action and read its reason in the change log. Undo an applied change in one click. Undo reverses the setting change, not spend already incurred.

Give each person the access they need

Approve mode uses read-only account access for analysis until you authorize an approved change. Agency includes client roles and a read-only client view. Enterprise adds SSO SAML, audit log export, invoicing, and purchase orders. Review the controls on the enterprise PPC management platform.

FAQ

No. PpcAutomate is autonomous PPC management software. It handles search term reviews, negative keywords, bid and budget rules, alerts, and reporting for a flat subscription fee. Your team sets the business target and reviews strategy.

Only rules set to Autopilot apply changes automatically. Growth and above let you choose Approve mode per rule, inspect proposed actions, and approve them before they reach your ad account.

Yes. Every applied change appears in the change log with one-click undo. Undo reverses the account setting change, but it cannot recover spend already incurred or conversions already missed.

Yes. PpcAutomate works alongside Smart Bidding and includes Performance Max reporting. Bid rules act only where the campaign strategy permits direct bid changes. Budget pacing, alerts, and reporting support oversight without treating Performance Max like a keyword-based Search campaign.

Read-only access supports account analysis in Approve mode. Applying an approved action or running Autopilot requires permission to make the relevant account changes. You control which rules apply actions.

Your file is processed in your browser and never uploaded. The one-time demo reads the search terms CSV to calculate wasted spend, proposed negatives, n-grams, and rule conditions. No card is required.

Ad spend under management is the monthly advertising cost across the ad accounts managed by your subscription. The total applies across platforms, alongside a separate ad account limit. It excludes the PpcAutomate subscription fee.

Yes. Agency includes 30 ad accounts, 25 team seats with client roles, a read-only client view, white label reports, cross-account rule templates, and bulk changes. It supports Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.

You choose a monthly or yearly subscription and can cancel anytime in the billing panel. Cancellation stops renewal, and access continues through the paid billing period. Yearly plans are billed as an annual payment.
